Job summary

RealTruck seeks a Director of Sales to lead our 3P Amazon marketplace business, owning Seller Central strategy, pricing, advertising, and catalog health. You will manage a team to drive new product introductions, growth, and profitability while improving account health and market share.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, and a track record of driving revenue growth in automotive or related industries. Travel may be occasional as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of sales experience preferred in automotive segment or related field.
• Amazon Seller Central / 3P marketplace leadership experience required; 1P vendor experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plan and sales strategy to meet corporate goals.
• Own pricing, Buy Box, and promotional strategy across the 3P catalog.
• Lead weekly team meetings to communicate priorities and goals.
• Provide monthly executive KPI reports and ad hoc category reports.
• Achieve targeted sales and Direct Contribution Margin for Amazon 3P, including costs.
• Own Amazon Advertising strategy (Sponsored products, brands, display) and coordinate with digital marketing.
• Integrate brands and maintain Brand Registry, search position, and reviews.
• Manage product catalog and listing health in Seller Central; work with teams to grow new products.
• Forecast demand with supply chain to maintain in-stock levels and reduce storage fees.
