Job summary

Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort is seeking a Spa Supervisor to lead the spa team, ensure service quality, and maintain SOP compliance. You’ll work closely with Spa Management to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold safety standards in a high-desert resort setting.

This role requires supervisory spa experience, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support resort operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of spa experience with supervisory duties preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Reliability and punctuality are critical.
• Desire to ensure the best possible guest experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, weekdays, and holidays required.
• Ability to handle exposure to heat and steam from the sauna and steam rooms.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather including heat and cold.
• Ability to stand and move for eight hours or more per day.

Responsibilities

• Supervise spa team members, under the direction of Spa Management.
• Coach and develop staff, providing timely feedback to improve performance.
• Provide reports on staff achievements and concerns to management.
• Train new workers using provided manuals and checklists.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and high standards across spa areas.
• Oversee routine operations, including shift coverage and SOP updates.
