Castellucci Hospitality Group seeks an AM Sous Chef for Koshu Club, our 50-seat fine dining Japanese-inspired steak restaurant led by a James Beard finalist and Michelin-starred Executive Chef. The AM Sous Chef will oversee morning kitchen operations and lead the AM culinary team with a focus on craft and impeccable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining leadership roles in high-end kitchens.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff and guests.
• Ability to train, motivate and supervise culinary team during AM shifts.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities to coordinate prep and service.
