OPPORTUNITY: AM Sous Chef
Join the Kitchen Management team as an AM Sous Chef, leading culinary operations and dish conceptions to provide an elevated guest experience that evokes a sense of place. Key responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff for efficiency and quality, keeping menus up-to-date with culinary trends, documenting recipes and procedures, and being in charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef or during special events.
