OPPORTUNITY: AM Sous Chef
Join the Kitchen Management team as an AM Sous Chef, overseeing culinary operations and dish development to deliver an elevated guest experience that reflects a sense of place. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality; keeping menus current with culinary trends; documenting recipes and procedures; and being in charge of the kitchen during the absence of the Executive Chef or culinary management team.
