OPPORTUNITY: AM Sous Chef
As a member of the Kitchen Management team, the AM Sous Chef will help lead culinary operations and dish conceptions to ensure an elevated guest experience that evokes a sense of place. Core responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff for optimal efficiency, productivity, and quality; keeping menus and outlets updated on culinary trends and best practices; documenting recipes and procedures; and being in charge of the kitchen when the Executive Chef or culinary management team are unavailable.
