OPPORTUNITY: AM Sous Chef
Join our Kitchen Management team as an AM Sous Chef, leading culinary operations and dish development to ensure an elevated guest experience that evokes a sense of place. Your core responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff for optimal efficiency, productivity, and quality standards; keeping menus and outlets updated on culinary trends; documenting recipes and procedures; and being in charge of the kitchen when the Executive Chef or culinary management team are unavailable.
