Pacific Coast Post Acute is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing nursing team in Salinas, CA. We currently have PM and NOC shifts and welcome both experienced nurses and new graduates eager to begin careers in post-acute and skilled nursing care.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) — Full-Time. Shifts available: NOC Shift. Pay Rate: $50.00-$52.00+ per hour, depending on experience. Benefits: Full benefits package available. New graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current and active California RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in skilled nursing/post-acute care preferred but not required.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during the assigned shift.
• Ensure high-quality care per physician orders and care plans.
• Assess and document residents' health conditions and changes.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Maintain nursing documentation and care plans.
• Provide leadership to nursing staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards.
