AltaPointe Health in Mobile, AL is seeking a Mental Health Technician to support clinicians in a crisis center. You will observe patients, assist with daily living activities, and help ensure comfort and safety during treatment.

You will use de-escalation techniques to calm patients in crisis, document observations, and collaborate with the treatment team. CNA is preferred but not required; must be at least 23 years old with a valid driver's license.

Formación

• Must have at least 6 months healthcare experience with patient care.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA/NA certification preferred but not required.
• Proficient with computer and MS Word applications.
• At least 23 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Assist with daily living activities and meals.
• Observe patient behavior and document activities.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques to prevent crises.
• Collaborate with treatment team and participate in activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and cleanliness.
