Job summary

AltaPointe Health Systems seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for EastPointe Hospital in Daphne, Alabama. The role provides daily patient care to adults and adolescent males, including vital signs, ADL assistance, and routine monitoring under licensed nursing supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs vital signs, blood sugar tests, I&O, EKGs, and ADL assistance under licensed nurse.
• Provides ongoing monitoring and interaction with consumers.
• Documents progress and behavior per policy; assists with safety and de-escalation.
• Collaborates with the treatment team and participates in performance improvement activities.
