Job summary

Job description

We are looking for a competent AMServer to greet, seat guests, and take orders. You'll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers' experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude.

What you will be doing

• Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and ingredients.
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Respond to guest requests and resolve any service issues promptly, professionally, and with a positive attitude.
• Process payments accurately using POS system.
• Side-work, restocking, and restaurant opening/closing duties.

Requirements:Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules (including Holidays and weekends) to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.

Schedule
