Job summary

Courtyard Jackson is seeking a courteous Server to provide prompt, friendly, and accurate food service to guests. You will take orders, serve items, and complete payments while maintaining excellent guest relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and describe food and beverage options.
• Deliver hot to order items from kitchen to tables.
• Input orders and process payments (POS).
• Prepare coffee and other drinks.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining.
• Respond to guest requests and observe diners.
• Complete daily inventory prep and other side work.
• Know current menu offerings and hotel amenities.
• Escort guests to tables and maintain cleanliness.
