Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register, make change and balance cash.
• Ability to operate a keyboard and Point of Sale procedures.
• Ability to effectively resolve conflict situations tactfully.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Prepare customers orders as requested accurately and efficiently.
• Ring guest checks correctly and close with proper payment method.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and tactfully resolve issues.
• Maintain high standards for product preparation and cleanliness.
• Balance house bank at end of shift and manage payments.
