Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years as a room service/food server in a full-service restaurant; customer service experience required.
• Licenses: eligible to serve alcohol; Food Safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Take orders for room service and upsell as appropriate.
• Set up and maintain room service stations and dining areas.
• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms and pool deck in a timely manner.
• Handle phone inquiries with professional verbiage and coordinate set-ups.
• Explain menu items and participate in side work and transactions.
