Friendwell Managed Hotels is seeking a competent Breakfast Server to take and deliver orders, greet guests warmly, and ensure a polished dining experience. You will be the face of our restaurant, maintaining cleanliness and delivering accurate service in the morning shifts.

The role requires reliable attendance, English communication, and strong customer service. Must be able to handle payments and support opening/closing duties with a positive attitude.

We are looking for a competent Breakfast Server to take and deliver orders. You’ll be thefaceof our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food serverresponsibilitiesinclude ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus andserving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically)andhave a polite and friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities (This list is not all-inclusive, and additional dutiesmay be assigned asneeded.)

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and ingredients.
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Respond to guest requests and resolve any service issues promptly, professionally, and with a positive attitude.
• Process payments accurately using POS system.
• Side-work, restocking, and restaurant opening/closing duties.

Requirements:

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules (including Holidays and weekends) to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
• Must be able to communicate and understand English
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• High school diploma is a plus but not required

Schedule

• Morning shifts (typically between 5:30 AM – 12:00 PM)
• Weekends and holidays required based on hotel occupancy
