Friendwell Group is seeking a competent Restaurant Server to take and deliver orders, ensuring guests have a positive experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will present menus, help guests choose meals and beverages, take orders, and handle payments while collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to maintain high service standards. A friendly, reliable attitude is essential.

Who will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers' experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guestsarrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customers upon entrance
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take and serve orders
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products Collaboratewith other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment

Requirements:

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules including Holidays and weekends to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
