Hotel ZaZa Memorial City in Houston seeks an energetic AM Server to join our Food & Beverage team. You will provide attentive, personalized service, present menus, and make recommendations.

You will take orders into POS, ensure accuracy and presentation, coordinate with kitchen and bartenders, and maintain clean dining spaces. We value hospitality, teamwork and discretion with emphasis on luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

This individual will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while upholding the luxury service standards that define the Hotel ZaZa brand.Position OverviewThe AM Server is responsible for providing outstanding food and beverage service during evening dining operations.
