Job summary

Hotel ZaZa Memorial City in Houston seeks an energetic AM Server to join our Food & Beverage team. You will provide attentive, personalized service, present menus, and make recommendations.

You will take orders into POS, ensure accuracy and presentation, coordinate with kitchen and bartenders, and maintain clean dining spaces. We value hospitality, teamwork and discretion with emphasis on luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding food and beverage service per luxury standards.
• Present menus, explain specials, take orders, enter into POS.
• Serve promptly with attention to presentation and accuracy.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bartenders, hosts, and fellow servers.
• Set, clear, and reset tables; maintain dining room cleanliness.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address needs; process payments.
