Job summary

Hotel ZaZa Museum District in Houston is seeking an energetic Bartender to join our Luxury F&B team. You will craft cocktails, serve beverages per recipes, and provide engaging guest experiences in our restaurant, lounge, patio, and events.

The ideal candidate has prior luxury hospitality experience, extensive knowledge of wine and cocktails, strong service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
  • Luxury hotel or fine dining experience preferred.
  • Experience using POS systems.
  • Food Handler Certification and TABC Certification, or ability to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per established recipes and standards.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and specialty beverages.

This individual will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences through expert beverage preparation, personalized service, and adherence to the luxury standards that define the Hotel ZaZa brand.Position OverviewThe Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to guests while creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere within the restaurant, lounge, patio, and other Food & Beverage outlets.
