Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company, Inc. is seeking a Production Trainee to perform routine plant operations and operate production equipment. You will weigh and prepare raw materials, assist in line coverage, and help maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Responsibilities include documenting activities, following GMP guidelines, and assisting maintenance as needed; overtime and weekend work may be required in this production-driven role.

Qualifications

• Must use hands to handle and reach with arms.
• Standing, walking, stooping or kneeling for long periods.
• Ability to remain at workstation for extended durations.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Exposure to moving parts, wet/humid conditions, and cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production machinery and equipment in the plant.
• Handle cased goods and assist with line operations.
• Follow safety, GMP, and quality guidelines at all times.
• Weigh and prepare raw materials for processing.
• Provide coverage for line operators during breaks and overtime as needed.
• Document production activities accurately and complete required paperwork.
• Support maintenance with basic troubleshooting and housekeeping.
