Responsibilities include operating forklifts and machinery, weighing raw materials, documenting production activities, and assisting maintenance. Overtime and weekend work may be required; role emphasizes GMP, food safety, and corporate responsibility.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Commitment to GMP safety and food quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production machinery including forklifts, pallet jacks, hoses, etc.
• Weigh and prepare raw materials for processing.
• Document production activities and submit required paperwork accurately.
• Provide coverage for line operators during assigned rest periods.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.
• Assist maintenance with troubleshooting equipment problems.
