Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company is seeking a Production Trainee to operate equipment in a plant setting and assist with daily manufacturing tasks. You will safely handle materials, follow GMP guidelines, and help ensure safety, quality, and production goals while documenting activities.

Responsibilities include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and providing coverage for line operators during breaks and overtime. Join a fast-growing beverage leader with strong safety and teamwork values.

Qualifications

• Use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms.
• Stand, walk, stoop or kneel for long periods.
• Able to stay at workstation for three continuous hours.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Work around moving machinery and in wet/humid conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production machinery including forklifts and pallets.
• Manually handle cased goods around the manufacturing area.
• Follow safety rules, GMP guidelines and document activities.
• Provide coverage for line operators during breaks and overtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist maintenance as needed.
