Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Lead Additive Manufacturing Technician to drive daily AM operations, maintain equipment, and mentor technicians. You will ensure safety and quality while meeting production targets on the shop floor.

You will operate post-processing equipment, enforce 5S and FOD controls, and collaborate with engineers and maintenance to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating and maintaining industrial additive manufacturing equipment in production.
• Experience with MES and CMMS in a digital manufacturing environment.
• Ability to train, mentor, and lead a small team on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution for an AM work center and prioritize workflow.
• Operate and maintain AM and post-processing equipment per instructions and safety rules.
• Train, mentor, and sign off on technician competency.
