Job summary

Divergent seeks an AM Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in post-processing—heat treat, EDM, bandsaw, and media blast—ensuring high reliability and quality in production. You will own throughput, safety, and defect‑free parts while driving automation and capability expansion.

You will build a strong team, implement standardized work, and enforce rigorous training aligned with aerospace and defense standards, delivering on time in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership in high-reliability environments.
• Experience with post-processing operations (heat treat, EDM, bandsaw, media blast).
• Strong problem solving and data-driven mindset.
• Able to implement standardized work and audits.
• Familiarity with AS9100 or military standards.
• Experience managing risk and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the Value Stream for post-processing across heat treat, EDM, bandsaw, and media blast.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with rigorous training standards.
• Drive process rigor, compliance, audits, and documentation.
• Champion cost reduction, throughput, and ROI-driven improvements.
• Develop automation roadmap and evaluate robotics integration.
