Job summary

Rooster’sWood-Fired Kitchen, part of the Noble Food & Pursuits family, is a casual upscale restaurant in Ballantyne seeking an AM/PM Server Assistant/Expo to support servers, run food, clear and reset tables, and ensure a great guest experience. This role offers growth into other hospitality positions within the restaurant family.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, emphasize clear communication, and contribute to friendly, efficient service with tips from hourly wages.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and team orientation.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers with all aspects of table maintenance, ensuring sections remain clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Run food to tables promptly and accurately, communicating clearly with servers and kitchen staff.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guest, keeping pace with the flow of service.
• Anticipate guest needs, from water refills to table adjustments, always aiming to enhance the dining experience.
• Complete assigned sidework and station duties with consistency and accountability.

We focus on straightforward,wood-fired cooking and friendly service that keeps our guests coming back. We’re hiringan AM/PM Server Assistant/Expo to help keep service running smoothly. In this role,you’ll support servers, run food, clear and reset tables, and take care of thedetails that make for a great guest experience. The position also offers roomto grow into other roles within the restaurant for those interested in buildinga career in hospitality.
