Job summary

Rooster’s Wood Fired Kitchen Uptown, part of Noble Food and Pursuits, is hiring a Server Assistant to help keep service running smoothly. You will support servers, run food, clear and reset tables, and help manage the details that keep the dining room moving. This is a great entry into hospitality and a foundation for growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers with table maintenance to keep sections clean, stocked, and guest ready.
• Run food to tables quickly and accurately while communicating with servers and kitchen staff.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to support the pace of service.
• Help coordinate food leaving the kitchen and reaching the correct tables.
• Anticipate guest needs, including refills and table adjustments.
• Complete assigned sidework and support station organization during the shift.
• Help maintain a clean, organized dining room and service area.
