Job summary

Rooster’s Wood-Fired Kitchen in Ballantyne is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to join our back of house team. You will keep dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and organized, supporting chefs so they can focus on the craft of cooking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized dish and utility area throughout service.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment properly.
• Assist with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning of kitchen spaces.
• Support prep cooks and chefs with basic prep or restocking as needed.
• Monitor dish and chemical levels and communicate supply needs promptly.
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Work as part of a collaborative team that values consistency, respect, and craftsmanship.
