Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time morning shift Pasta Production Cook at Lincoln Ristorante in New York, NY. You will prepare pasta dishes for our guests and help deliver exceptional experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Prior food preparation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets.
• Ability to use kitchen tools safely (knives and small equipment).
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Day shift - morning availability on weekdays and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Assist pasta preparation and labeling.
• Measure, portion and prepare all food items.
• Communicate with the Chef for special instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness of food, utensils, and equipment.
• Perform opening/closing and side work duties.
• Follow ServSafe and health/safety regulations.
