Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is seeking an AM Mixer to join our bakery team. The role focuses on maintaining fresh cookie production, ensuring quality, and supporting daily store operations with a friendly, fast-paced atmosphere.

The AM Mixer will work closely with the owner and manager to deliver high quality products, manage inventory, and uphold the customer experience that Crumbl is known for.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older to apply.
• Candidates should be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction.
• Should be organized, decisive, attentive, and have a strong understanding of baking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage the kitchen daily to keep cookies available for purchase.
• Oversee quality control of ingredients and finished products.
• Keep the store clean and tidy.
• Understand and track reports to monitor store metrics.
• Motivate and coach employees to improve daily processes.
• Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
• Conduct inventory on ingredients.
• Oversee catering orders and coordination.
• Assist with scheduling.
• Stay up to date with posts/news/info from corporate on our internal app.
• Work closely with the owner and manager as a team to make the store a great place to work.

Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for AM Mixers to join their team!

You must be 18 or older to apply for this position.

Employees will execute and understand recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, use icing, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers. Bakers will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, and perform other duties to ensure that customer needs are satisfied, and the bakery is well-stocked and operating smoothly.

To be a successful Baker, an individual should be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction. They should be organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of baking techniques.
