Crumbl Cookies in Valparaiso, IN is hiring immediately for Bakers 18 and older to join our team. You will follow recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, and greet customers to provide exceptional service.

Ideal candidates are efficient, friendly, and comfortable in a fast-paced bakery. You should be able to multitask, lift 10–55 lbs, be on your feet for hours, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Training provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and understand recipes.
• Measure and mix ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to bake cookies.
• Decorate and display finished products.
• Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure safety and quality.
• Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payments.
• Keep records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Take client information and ensure deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Clean and restock workstation and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.

Are you a creative Baker who strives to provide excellent baked items and service in an efficient, professional manner? Then you are what we are looking for.

These bakers will execute and understand recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, use icing, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers. Bakers will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, and perform other duties to ensure that customer needs are satisfied, and the bakery is well-stocked and operating smoothly.

To be a successful Baker, an individual should be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction. They should be organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of baking techniques.

Baker Job Responsibilities:

• Reading and understand recipes.
• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies.
• Decorating and displaying finished product
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service

• Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
