Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is hiring bakers to join our team for multiple shifts including morning, mid-day, evening, and night. Bakers will follow recipes, perform quality checks, and use icing, glazes and toppings to present cookies beautifully.

You will greet customers, take orders, maintain clean stations, and support smooth bakery operations to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient baking skills with ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Friendly customer service to greet and assist guests.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Reading and understand recipes
• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
• Decorating and displaying finished product
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure quality and safety
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, processing orders and payments
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
• Taking client information and ensuring deliveries are fulfilled on time
• Cleaning and restocking workstation and sanitizing equipment

Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for bakers to join their team! Morning, Mid-Day, Evening, Night shifts available.

Skilled, creative Bakers strive to provide excellent baked items and service in an efficient, professional manner. The Baker will execute and understand recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, use icing, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers.

The Baker will also greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, and perform other duties to ensure that customer needs are satisfied and the bakery is well-stocked and operating smoothly.

To be a successful Baker, an individual should be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction. They should be organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of baking techniques.

Baker Responsibilities:

• Reading and understand recipes
