Crumbl Cookies in Mentor, Ohio seeks an AM Crew Member. You’ll bake and assemble cookies, perform quality checks, greet customers, and keep the store clean and well-stocked. You’ll work closely with the owner and manager to ensure smooth daily operations and a fantastic guest experience.

Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for AM Crew Members to join their team!

You must be 18 or older to apply for this position.

Employees will execute and understand recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, use icing, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers. Bakers will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, and perform other duties to ensure that customer needs are satisfied, and the bakery is well-stocked and operating smoothly.

To be a successful Baker, an individual should be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction. They should be organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of baking techniques.

AM Crew Member Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the kitchen efficiently each day to keep an ongoing supply of fresh cookies available for purchase
• Oversee quality control
• Keep the store clean and tidy
• Understand and track reports and use them to track store metrics
• Motivate and coach employees to improve daily processes
• Resolve conflict or complaints from customers and employees
• Conduct inventory on ingredients
• Oversee catering orders and coordinator
• Help manage the schedule
• Keep up with posts/news/info from corporate on our internal app
• Work closely with the owner and manager as a team, to make the store a fantastic place to work
