Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for Bakers to join their team. If you are a creative Baker who strives to provide excellent baked items and service in an efficient, professional manner, you are what we are looking for.

Bakers will execute recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, use icing, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance presentation, greet customers, and ensure the bakery runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Read and understand recipes.
• Measure and combine ingredients; operate mixers, blenders, heat sources and other equipment used to bake cookies.
• Decorating and displaying finished products.
• Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure food safety and quality controls.
• Greet customers, answer questions, take orders and payments, and provide exceptional service.
• Keep records relating to deliveries, inventory and production levels.
• Take client information and ensure deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Clean and restock workstation and sanitize equipment for next shift.

Bakers will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, and perform other duties to ensure that customer needs are satisfied, and the bakery is well-stocked and operating smoothly.

To be a successful Baker, an individual should be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction. They should be organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of baking techniques.
