Job summary

Crumbl is seeking a Mixing Specialist to help produce cookies and other desserts from scratch, utilizing scales, mixers, and other commercial equipment. Ideal candidates have baking experience, ServSafe certification, and a meticulous, reliable mindset.

Availability to start at 6:00am and work Monday through Saturday is required, with a fast-paced, friendly team environment. Role focuses on precise timing, temperatures, and reading formulas to ensure consistent quality.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of commercial baking experience or related field.
• ServSafe certification is required or obtainable.
• Experience using scales, mixers and other commercial bakery equipment.
• Understand how time, temperature, ingredients affect mixing/baking.
• Ability to read formulas, measurements and recipes accurately.
• High reliability and punctuality.
• Able to start at 6:00am, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Mix and bake cookies and desserts from scratch according to Crumbl recipes.
• Operate scales and commercial bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure product consistency in a fast-paced environment.

As a Mixing Specialist, you will play a vital role in our production process - making cookies and desserts from scratch! Commercial baking experience preferred, but not required. Our recipes are technology driven and easy to follow. If you are focused, detail oriented, and love working in a fast-paced/friendly environment - this role is just for you!

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 1 year commercial baking experience
• ServSafe certification
• Experience using scales, mixers, and other commercial bakery equipment
• Hands-on experience with understanding how time, temperature, ingredients and other factors affect the mixing / baking processes
• Knowledge of how to read formulas, measurements and recipes
• High level of reliability
• Availability to start at 6:00am - Monday through Saturday

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Comfortable using mobile devices and applications
• 18 years or older

Business hours are Monday-Saturday 8:00am-10:00pm - CLOSED SUNDAYS
