Major Food Group LLC is hiring AMLine Cooks to join our team at Sadelle's located in Highland Park Village, Dallas, TX. This full-time position requires morning availability and a commitment to a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in high volume restaurants preferred but not required
• Full-time, morning availability required; set-schedule with consecutive days off
• Experience working with seafood and cold prepared foods strongly preferred
• Team-orientated and positive attitude
• Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Strong communication skills a must

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain salad station line
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
