Job summary

SSP America in Dallas is hiring Line Cooks to join our back-of-house team, preparing and assembling dishes for service at DAL restaurants First Quarter Grill and AV8 Bar.

You will work with a fast-paced team, set up stations, follow recipes and measurements, and ensure quality and food safety.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or kitchen prep experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion control.
