Major Food Group is hiring a Pastry Cook for Sadelle's in Highland Park Village. The role involves creating and preparing pastry, baking, and ice cream products, with ingredients organized and a clean, sanitized kitchen to maintain. Morning shifts run from 7:00/8:00 AM to 3:00/4:00 PM.

The candidate should have a culinary diploma in Pastry Arts or equivalent experience, plus 2 years in high-volume, fine-dining environments is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities
