The Hilton Garden Inn Viera in Viera, FL is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will cook, prep, and plate restaurant and banquet foods, prep salad station and lunch/dinner lines, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.

• Previous cook experience in a restaurant setting.
• Proficiency with diverse cooking methods and techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Cook, prep, and plate restaurant and banquet foods.
• Prep salad station and lunch/dinner line throughout shift.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment (grill, slicer, etc.).
• Wrap, label, and date all food items.
• Other relevant tasks as assigned.
