Job summary

Pacific Catch in California is seeking a part-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and support the BOH team. Lunch shifts are required; evenings and weekends may be scheduled.

Competitive hourly wage with growth opportunities in a friendly, hospitality-driven culture. Previous line cook experience in a busy restaurant is preferred; Fry Station experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year line cook experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant.
• Fry Station experience encouraged.
• Ability to stand for up to 5 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety guidelines.
• Cook all products to proper temperature and presentation standards.
• Support the BOH team and assist in food prep during peak periods.
• Read notices for BOH team members and attend team meetings.
