Resort Lifestyle Communities is hiring a Temporary AM Kitchen Helper in Ohio. You will prep, stock and maintain a fresh salad bar and support dining room service for residents, with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

No prior culinary experience is required; you must be 18+, and obtain a food handler permit within two weeks. The shift runs Sunday through Thursday from 6:30am to 3:00pm in our community dining setting.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• No prior culinary experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the dish machine, load/run/unload and monitor water temperatures for sanitization.
• Wash and store tableware and kitchenware; keep the dish room organized.
• Clean food prep areas and assist in dining room (bus tables, fill water, deliver orders).
• Safely use ovens, steamers, grills and kitchen tools for daily prep.
• Respond politely to food comments or complaints and report concerns promptly.
• Perform support tasks including trash removal.
