Qualifications

• Prior Housekeeping Supervisory/Management experience required.
• Supervisory experience in upscale, full-service hotel environment preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations, including inventories, turndown service, VIP guest needs, room assignments, inspections, safety and health standards.
• Ability to teach employees importance of interacting with guests and handling internal requests.
• Able to set priorities for the Housekeeping team and provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items and equip carts with supplies for daily use. Keep storerooms and carts organized.
• Clean windows, doors, walls, fixtures in rooms and public areas.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replace amenities, restock literature.
• Restock and refresh bed linen, check cleanliness under beds.
• Vacuum rooms and public areas; move furniture as needed for cleaning.
• Monitor inventories to maintain adequate stock.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Engineering on maintenance issues.
• Inspect guestrooms and vacant rooms daily.
• Prepare and complete reports as required.
• Oversee Housemen and ensure daily duties are performed.
