Job summary

Mt. Olympus Resort in Wisconsin Dells is hiring a full time Housekeeping Supervisor. This role supervises the housekeeping team, coordinates morning shift tasks, and ensures rooms meet cleanliness standards.

Candidates must be able to work quickly, thoroughly, and on weekends/holidays as required. Pay is based on experience, up to $18.00 per hour, with a schedule from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm and potential variation with hotel occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to supervise morning shift and coordinate with Front Desk/M maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team during the morning shift.
• Assign daily work and ensure rooms are cleaned on time.
• Inspect guest rooms to meet cleanliness standards.
• Train new employees and provide guidance to staff.
• Work with Front Desk and Maintenance to prepare rooms for guests.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up to resolve them.
• Monitor supplies and request replacements as needed.
• Address guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.
• Assist with cleaning duties when needed and perform other tasks.

Mt. Olympus Resort in Wisconsin Dells is hiring a full time Housekeeping Supervisor.

This position is responsible for cleaning rooms and supervising team members during guest stays and after they have checked out. Qualified candidates need to be able to work quickly and thoroughly. The Room Attendant/ Housekeeping Supervisor must be pleasant and friendly to all guests and address any problems and/or special requests.

Pay based on experience - up to $18.00/hour.

Schedule: 9:30 am - 4:30 pm

Schedule may vary based on hotel occupancy.

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays, with required availability on Sundays.
• Assign daily work and ensure rooms are cleaned on time.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet hotel cleanliness standards.
• Train new employees and provide guidance to the housekeeping staff.
• Work with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
