Job summary

Hyatt Regency Phoenix is seeking a dedicated AM Housekeeper / Room Attendant to clean and service guest rooms to Hyatt's standards. You will help ensure guest comfort, handle linen changes, and maintain spotless rooms while upholding safety and efficiency guidelines.

Ideal candidates take pride in their work, communicate professionally, and can work flexible schedules including weekends. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required, with opportunities for growth in a full-service

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with Hyatt brand standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and room amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and clean bathrooms, bedrooms, and other guest areas.
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and guest readiness.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items promptly.
• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain an organized work area.
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and properly.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while providing exceptional guest service.
• Collaborate with fellow housekeeping team members and other hotel departments to support daily operations.
