Hyatt Regency Phoenix is seeking a dedicated AM Housekeeper/Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms in line with Hyatt standards. You will clean, service, and restock rooms, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, professional communication with guests and team members, and the ability to work weekends/holidays with a flexible schedule. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain an organized work area.
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and properly.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while providing exceptional guest service.
• Collaborate with fellow housekeeping team members and other hotel departments to support daily operations.
