Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is hiring a Restaurant Host/Hostess in Park City, UT. You will warmly greet guests, manage reservations, seat guests, and guide them to the best dining options. Strong communication and a guest-first attitude are essential.

The role supports a fast-paced resort environment with opportunities for growth, training, andemployee meals; full-time, on-site schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills for phone and in-person interactions.
• Knowledge of computers and reservations systems.
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to stand/walk 8–12 hours.

Organization- Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Summary The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is in the famed Deer Valley ski resort and approximately 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is part of a new development, planned to incorporate 17 ski lifts, ±1,600 residential units, 8 hotels with a total of ±1,350 rooms, ±250,000 square feet of conference and retail space, and one of the largest "ski beaches" in the world.

Restaurant Host/Hostesses

Restaurant Host/Hostesses are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for dining guests both on the phone and in person. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall restaurant experience by their interactions that include taking down reservations, providing table accommodations and offering menu recommendations. They may also be the final point of contact and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.
