Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking Restaurant Hosts/Hostesses to welcome dining guests both on the phone and in person, shaping the first impression and managing reservations and seating.

Qualified applicants will have refined verbal communication skills, knowledge of reservations systems, and a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays. Candidates must be 18+ and able to stand and walk for long periods; alcohol service certification may be required.

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is in the famed Deer Valley ski resort and approximately 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Restaurant Host/Hostesses are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for dining guests both on the phone and in person. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall restaurant experience by their interactions that include taking down reservations, providing table accommodations and offering menu recommendations. They may also be the final point of contact and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.
