Atlanta Marriott Peachtree Corners is seeking an energetic AM Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead morning restaurant operations and coach a front-of-house team. You will ensure service standards, assist with opening/closing, resolve guest requests, and collaborate with the F&B Manager to maintain quality and efficiency.

The role requires flexible scheduling, strong leadership, exceptional guest service, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality training preferred.
• Previous food and beverage, restaurant, hotel, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and support a diverse team.
• Strong guest service skills and the ability to professionally handle guest concerns.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily AM food and beverage operations, ensuring service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and support restaurant associates while promoting teamwork and professional service.
• Maintain standards of food, beverage, cleanliness, and quality throughout the outlet.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and shift readiness.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Assist with training and development of associates.
• Monitor service levels and assist during busy periods for efficiency.
• Support cash handling, financial transactions, inventory controls, and asset security.
• Ensure compliance with policies, food safety, sanitation, and regulations.
• Communicate with F&B Manager and other departments to support guest satisfaction.
• Attend meetings and complete administrative tasks.
• Maintain a professional, positive, solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for food, beverage, and exceptional guest service? We're looking for an AM Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our morning restaurant operations and support a positive, efficient dining experience for our guests. In this role, you'll work closely with the F&B Manager and team to maintain service and quality standards, support and coach associates, respond to guest needs, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position primarily supports morning operations and requires flexibility based on business needs.

• Communicate effectively with the F&B Manager and other hotel departments to support overall guest satisfaction.
• Attend required meetings and complete assigned administrative or reporting tasks.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or hospitality training preferred.
• Previous food and beverage, restaurant, hotel, or supervisory experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• CPR certification required or ability to obtain as required; first aid training preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
