Job summary

Dexis is seeking an AM&E Analyst to support DSCA with assessment, monitoring, and evaluation activities across desk and field research, data collection, and policy writing. The role is remotely based in the continental United States and requires travel as needed.

The candidate will conduct analyses, provide technical guidance, manage AM&E projects, and collaborate with partner agencies. A DoD Secret clearance and 3+ years of AM&E experience are preferred, with strong communication and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years AM&E experience with ability to analyze and summarize disparate information.
• Strong written and oral communication with partners and host government.
• Knowledge of government/regulatory procedures for controlled unclassified information.
• Excellent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day research, analysis, and program support services.
• Conduct field evaluations.
• Provide technical and strategic guidance on AM&E.
• Manage AM&E projects and tasks.
• Travel up to 25–50% domestically and internationally according to client needs.
