Job summary

Dexis is seeking an AM&E Analyst to support DSCA with a broad range of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation activities, including desk and field research, data collection and visualization, strategy development, policy writing, and capacity building. The role is remotely based in the continental United States with travel up to 25–50% as needed.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of AM&E experience, strong communication skills, and DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years AM&E experience with data collection methodologies and reporting.
• Strong oral and written communication with partners, host government, and communities.
• Ability to apply DoD and related regulations and foreign disclosure requirements.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day research, analysis, and program support services.
• Conduct field evaluations.
• Provide technical and strategic guidance on AM&E.
• Manage AM&E projects and tasks.
• Travel up to 25-50% domestically and internationally as required by the client and portfolio.
