Job summary

Sebring Chateau Elan Hotel & CC is seeking a guest-focused team member to assist the server and ensure top-notch food and beverage service in our hotel setting. You will help maintain dining areas, stock supplies, and support a courteous, efficient service standard for guests.

Ideal candidates have prior guest relations experience and strong communication skills, with bilingual English/Spanish considered a plus to enhance guest interactions in our diverse market.

Job description

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
• Maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
• Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
